Responsible for ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and have an amazing Leo''s experience every time they visit Consistent and organized. Responsible for opening and closing/crossover duties depending on your shifts Keep up to date on Leo''s specials, practices and communication with managers. Responsible for ensuring every item served is to Leo''s brand standards of quality and specification. Upselling to ensure the best customer experience. Helping to maintain takeout and delivery excellence. Creative freedom encouraged for menu items and merch. Day and night availability preferred Provide amazing quality of service to all our customers. Responsible serving certificate. Experience preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Killer eye for detail. Think on your feet, embrace change, and roll with the punches. You''re crazy reliable. Strong knowledge of food safety. Effective communication and people skills and can work with anyone at any time. Enthusiasm, passion, and a knack for spreading that energy throughout the building.
