Summary of Position: The Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operation of the store. This person is accountable for leading the Ice Cream team in providing COWS World Class Service to our customers. Duties Include (but are not limited to): Demonstrate exceptional COW WOW service and coach junior staff in their customer service skills Prepare all menu items according to procedure, including cone batter, waffle cones and bowls Supervise staff and oversee the task rotation schedule Establish and maintain appropriate dipper layout to ensure a good cross-section of flavours Maintain records of waste, equipment inspections, temperature readings, and other checklists Ensure that the food service environment meets quality control standards Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Problem solve when staff or customer concerns arise Perform opening and closing duties Prepare bank deposits and nightly cash closes Accurately process transactions, handle cash and make change Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies and ice cream flavours Maintain the fresh dairy clean atmosphere of the COWS store Maintain a clean fresh personal appearance at all times Qualifications: Is energized by customer interactions Has strong verbal and communication skills Has the ability to build a relationship with the customers and staff Has a team oriented personality Has a competitive spirit and a desire to sell Has efficient and creative problem solving skills Has a sense of humor Physical Requirements: Repetitive tasks, specifically in the wrists Bending, lifting up to 30 lbs.
