Responsibilities include: Perform a variety of cleaning duties in public areas such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing. Remove linens and trash from departed rooms, housekeeping carts, and public areas. Ensure garbage room is clean and free from obstructions. Maintain cleanliness and security in public areas. Remove carpet stains in the hallway. Communicate with housekeeping department and front desk department regarding deliveries, guest requests, and room deficiencies prior to calling maintenance. Assist room attendants by delivering, linens, towels and other supplies as needed. Restock supplies such as towel, tissues and toiletries in designated areas, tidy up housekeeping storages. Do an inventory count of housekeeping supplies. Flexible Schedule, including availability to work weekends and holiday. Assist KBRO linen delivery when they need help. Prepare pool and hot tub closure during evening shift. Check and address the TV troubles, A/C issue, and minor repairs. Check inventory supplies.
