You''ll collaborate closely with ownership and play a key role in shaping daily operations and team culture. The Opportunity This position is active, hands-on, and people-focused. You''ll spend your time supporting teams on-site, solving problems in real time, and keeping operations running smoothly across locations. Team Leadership Guide and mentor a seasonal workforce of approximately 2030 employees Set expectations and maintain consistent service standards Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support Create a positive, accountable workplace culture Staffing & Workforce Planning Recruit and train new seasonal hires Develop staff schedules and adjust as needed Ensure locations are properly staffed during peak hours Operational Oversight Monitor sales performance and guest satisfaction Oversee product quality and service consistency Support seasonal opening and closing procedures Assist with expansion planning for new locations Administrative & Systems Management Coordinate ordering and manage inventory levels Work with vendors and suppliers Maintain payroll tracking and invoice organization Support budgeting initiatives and cost control Troubleshoot POS systems when needed Safety & Facility Standards Ensure health regulations and safety guidelines are upheld Coordinate routine equipment maintenance Maintain high cleanliness standards inside and outside locations What We''re Looking For 35 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, retail, or food service Confident leadership style with strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple locations and shifting priorities Organized and detail-oriented mindset Comfortable working with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and POS systems Valid driver''s license with ability to travel between Saskatoon locations Interest in a seasonal leadership role with growth potential What We Offer Competitive seasonal compensation, based on experience Performance-based incentives Direct collaboration with ownership Fast-paced, engaging work environment Opportunity to return seasonally or explore future long-term roles Staff discounts (yes, including ice cream) A chance to help scale a growing local brand Position Details Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal Term: April through October 2026 Location: Saskatoon (on-site, multiple locations) Parking: Available at all sites Application Process Submit your application through Indeed or send your resume to: Cover letters are optional but encouraged if you''d like to share what draws you to this role.
