Job Summary We are seeking a few skilled and reliable Landscape/Fence & Deck Installer/Supervisors to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various types of fences & landscape installs while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every project. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that enhance outdoor spaces and property boundaries, contributing to the overall aesthetic and security of our clients'' properties. Duties Work alongside, direct & supervise a crew Measure and mark fence lines according to project specifications and blueprints Operate hand tools such as hammers, drills, post drivers, and levels to install fencing & deck materials Operate equipment such as skidsteers, mini excavator, vibration packers Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation Dig post holes using manual or power tools, ensuring proper depth and alignment Install fence panels, posts, gates, and other components with precision Use caulking and sealing techniques to ensure durability and weather resistance Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment at all times Coordinate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule Assist with restoration or repair work as needed on existing fences, decks or structures Maintain a clean work area and properly store tools and materials after each project Qualifications Preferably a journeyman carpenter - but will consider work experience Proven experience with leadership, hand tools, construction, carpentry, deck fence or landscape installation preferred Ability to read schematics, blueprints related to projects Strong understanding of safety procedures in a construction environment Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Valid driver''s license is preferred for transporting tools and materials to job sites This position offers an engaging work environment with opportunities for skill development in various aspects of construction.
