From Whistler to Chilliwack, you''ll be part of high-end garage makeovers for discerning homeowners and respected builders across the Lower Mainland. This isn''t repetitive site work. It''s craftsmanship. Precision. Pride. We''ll cross-train you in cabinet and slatwall installation as well as polyaspartic and epoxy floor coatings. If you''re motivated, mechanically inclined, and ready to level up your skillset, we''ll invest in your growth. You will be cross-trained as a cabinet & slatwall installer. Check out what we do: What You''ll Love: Monday to Friday schedule 6:30am 3:00pm (starting and ending at our Port Coquitlam warehouse) Paid travel time to and from the warehouse Benefits package Consistent indoor work environment Skill development in specialty flooring and storage systems A professional, team-first culture What You''ll Do: Review and execute scope of work with precision Install cabinetry, slatwall systems, and assist with polyaspartic/epoxy floor applications Follow direction from the Installation Manager while working confidently on your own Problem-solve on site and troubleshoot efficiently Maintain clean, organized, respectful job sites Communicate clearly about job progress, completion, and any deficiencies Deliver a professional, high-level customer experience We work in premium homes. Attention to detail, cleanliness, and respectful communication are non-negotiable. What You Bring: Valid driver''s license and reliable vehicle Based in or near the Tri-Cities area Comfortable using hand and power tools (skill saw, chop saw, jig saw, etc.) Ability to lift 50 lbs independently Smartphone to accurately document and report work Flexibility for occasional longer days when projects require it Proactive mindset and strong work ethic Professional appearance and customer-first attitude Construction or trades experience is preferred but if you''re mechanically skilled, dependable, and eager to learn, we''ll train the right person.
