Role Overview The Field Sales Representative is responsible for: Attending scheduled customer appointments Building trust and professionalism on-site Taking accurate photos and measurements Collecting job details Delivering quotes prepared by the estimator Closing sales This is not a technical drywall role. It is a customer-facing information and conversion role. Core Responsibilities Attend 58 scheduled site visits per day - all paid Introduce company and build rapport Take required photos (standardized checklist) Measure affected areas Document: Scope of work Access challenges Ceiling heights Texture types Timeline urgency Submit complete job package to head office electronically Return to present quote (or present digitally) Follow up to close - bonus paid. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Appointments attended per week Quote submission turnaround time Close rate % Revenue generated Customer review ratings Ideal Candidate Professional appearance Strong communication skills Comfortable in residential homes Organized Fast learner Self-motivated Reliable vehicle/transportation No drywall experience required.
