Peachland Sushi has been growing alongside our community for the past three years, built on a foundation of authentic taste and dedicated service. As we elevate our brand, we are looking for a passionate Service Supervisor (or Head Server) to lead our front-of-house team. Responsibilities Team Leadership & Scheduling: Coordinate duties and establish efficient work schedules for a team of 510 staff members. Quality Control: Supervise food quality and service standards, and professionally address customer feedback or concerns. Staff Training: Train new staff on service etiquette, sanitation, and safety procedures. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain supplies/equipment inventory. Hiring Assistance: Support the recruitment and management of the service team. Requirements Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in the hospitality industry (Supervisor experience preferred). Language: Proficiency in English for effective customer service and team communication. Certificates: Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a Food Safety Certificate and Serving It Right Certificate. Personal Suitability: Attention to detail, flexibility, dependability, and a strong team player. Work Conditions & Physical Capabilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Physically demanding: Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling. Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy restaurant setting. Pay & Benefits Pay: $21.00 $23.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience). Additional Income: Gratuities (Tips).
