Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Compliance Coordinator based in Osoyoos, BC. The role involves coordinating sales and logistics processes in coordination with our Fleet Dispatch Manager, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and overseeing customs procedures for cross-border operations. Key tasks include maintaining communication with clients, managing logistics schedules, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and supporting sales operations, with order creation, rate quotes, customs document processing, maintenance scheduling by fostering strong customer relationships. Collaboration with team members and external stakeholders is essential to fulfill operational and service excellence. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients, operators, and drivers. Experience in sales and sales operations to support business growth and manage client relationships. Analytical skills to assess logistics and safety requirements, as well as to proactively address potential challenges. Knowledge of customs processes and regulations for seamless cross-border transportation. Attention to detail and organizational skills for effective scheduling and compliance monitoring. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment while taking initiative to drive individual responsibilities. Familiarity with the transportation industry and logistics is an asset.
