Saskatoon Area Ironclad Commercial Cleaning (ICC) will be launching fully within the next 23 weeks. We are building our subcontractor roster now so we''re ready when contracts begin rolling in. We are seeking experienced, reliable commercial cleaning subcontractors who want consistent recurring commercial accounts added to their schedule. This is subcontracted commercial work not hourly employment. What We Offer -Recurring office contracts (no one-time cleans) -Clear scope and service standards per site -Structured operations from day one -Professional client management (you clean, we handle clients) -Compensation between 6065% of the client contract value (exclusive of GST) All work will be managed through our digital system, including: -Clock-in / clock-out -Site-specific checklists -Before/after photo verification -Service confirmation We will have a structured onboarding process prior to assigning any contracts.
