As a General Assembler, you will be trained on multiple product families and will learn how to build, test, and package products in a warehouse setting. This is a full-time permanent position in a growing organization. Responsibilities Assemble a variety of LED light fixtures and components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards Perform mechanical assembly tasks, including mounting, fastening, and securing parts using hand tools and power tools Install electrical components, wires, and connectors following wiring diagrams and schematics Inspect and test finished assemblies for quality and accuracy, and make any necessary adjustments or repairs Pack finished light fixtures into boxes and prepare for the shipping team Show a high degree of attention to detail and keep an eye out for quality issues or defects Keep a clean work area using 5S techniques Ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace Perform other tasks as directed Desired Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in mechanical assembly and electrical wiring, preferably in a manufacturing environment Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to use hand tools and power tools The ability to read and understand assembly instructions and wiring diagrams Must be able to comfortably lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the day Strong attention to detail and quality A desire to learn new skills and flexibility to grow in the position What We Offer: A safe and clean environment with an excellent safety rating and low risk environment An opportunity to make your mark in a rapid growing company Competitive salary and benefits program Friendly and flexible work environment in a growing organization If you feel you are qualified for this exciting opportunity, please submit your cover letter and resume for consideration.
