Temporary Parks Labourer III (Term) The City of Martensville has two (2) openings for temporary full-time Term Seasonal Labourer III''s. The work term will be ASAP to October 16, 2026. SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. JOB DUTIES: Maintain parks, playgrounds, and greenspaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal Perform tasks such as seeding, watering, weeding, and pruning Clean public spaces and perform minor repairs and maintenance Safely operate lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers and other small equipment Assist with pest control efforts Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must: Be available for full-time work throughout the seasonal work period. Be safety conscious and demonstrate a high level of attentiveness to their own personal safety as well as that of their co-workers and the public. Be able to perform physically strenuous work and to work outdoors under various weather conditions. Have their Grade 12 or GED and a valid Class 5 Driver''s License. Experience in equipment operation, parks maintenance, general labour, or construction is preferred. Municipal work experience is considered an asset.
