Location: Kelowna, BC (daily local travel, home every night) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28 to $35 per hour (based on experience) + performance raises Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends in peak season) Who we are We install high-end garage floor coating systems and concrete sealing across Kelowna and the Okanagan. Our installs are clean, consistent, and built to last. We are hiring a Crew Lead who can run jobs start-to-finish, keep quality tight, and lead a 2 to 3 person crew. This role is for you if you: Have coatings, painting, flooring, or concrete prep experience Can lead a jobsite without babysitting Care about clean edges, uniform finish, and leaving a site better than you found it Communicate well with homeowners and keep projects moving What you will do Lead daily installs on residential garages, patios, and small commercial projects Surface prep: grinding, crack repair, moisture testing, masking and protection Mix and apply 2-part epoxy and polyaspartic systems (primer, broadcast, scrape, topcoat) Maintain quality control: film build, timing, clean lines, consistency Coordinate crew tasks, tool setup, and jobsite flow Keep tools, vehicle, and materials organized Handle basic on-site client communication in a professional way Follow safety standards and keep the job running efficiently What we are looking for 2+ years experience in epoxy/polyaspartic coatings, painting, flooring, concrete finishing, or a similar trade Comfortable with grinders, vac systems, and common install tools (squeegees, rollers, spiked shoes, mixing drills) Strong eye for detail, clean work habits, and solid pace Valid driver''s license, reliable transportation Can lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day Eligible to work in Canada Nice to have (not required) Experience with moisture mitigation, crack chasing, joint repair Construction leadership, foreman, or crew lead background Experience running job checklists and documenting before/after photos What you get Paid training on our system and standards Consistent work and a steady pipeline Tools and uniforms provided Clear growth path into Lead Installer / Production Manager as we scale A tight team culture, we show up, work hard, and do clean installs No overnight travel How to apply Apply on Indeed with your resume.
