Reporting to the Vice President, Integrated Saskatoon Health, the ED contributes to provincial strategy by identifying system gaps, emerging needs, and opportunities for innovation. The ED translates strategic priorities into operational and business plans, ensuring effective implementation, performance oversight, and continuous improvement. With executive oversight of both Primary Health Care and Mental Health and Addictions Services in Saskatoon, the role fosters a collaborative, highperforming culture and works crossfunctionally to strengthen partnerships and deliver coordinated, highquality services aligned with Saskatchewan Health Authority goals.
