In this role, youll combine technical expertise with strategic account management to deliver value, strengthen relationships, and drive business results. What Youll Do Manage and grow a portfolio of key pulp & paper accounts in the Greater Vancouver region. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior decision makers and influencers. Identify, develop, and close new opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and expand product usage. Conduct regular strategy discussions with customer leadership to understand needs and align solutions. Provide on-site technical service, troubleshooting, and data-driven recommendations to optimize performance. Ensure strong revenue retention and price capture while delivering consistent service quality. Use digital tools to analyze customer data and support continuous improvement. What Youll Bring Strong technical background in chemicals, water treatment, industrial processes, or pulp & paper operations; especially recovery boilers, cooling towers and wastewater. Proven experience managing key accounts and influencing senior-level stakeholders. Ability to identify new opportunities and communicate value propositions effectively. Solid analytical and problemsolving skills with comfort working independently. Strong computer skills and ability to interpret operational data. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer-service abilities. Must be located in the Greater Vancouver area and able to work onsite with customers.
