Job Title: Solution Architect (Amazon Connect) Location: Canada, Ontario / Remote (Only candidate based out of Canada will be considered with background clearance) Role & Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end architecture and technical strategy for Amazon Connect migration, including discovery, solution design, integration planning, and deployment. Lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and product owners to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Facilitate technical workshops and architecture review sessions to align stakeholders on solution design, integration strategy, and API/interface specifications. Design cloud-native solutions using Amazon Connect and adjacent AWS services (Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis, API Gateway). Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in solution architecture , with at least 3 years focused on AWS cloud solutions . Proven expertise with Amazon Connect , including telephony architecture, contact flow design, and integrations. Strong command of AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFormation, IAM, CloudWatch. Hands-on experience with networking and security concepts in AWS, including VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, KMS. Ability to create HLD/LLD documents , migration runbooks, and architecture diagrams (e.g., using Lucidchart, Visio or draw.io). Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (CI/CD), Terraform , or AWS CDK for infrastructure as code. Job Title: Developer CCaaS Transformation (Amazon Connect) Required Skills & Experience 35 years of experience in application development and system integration. Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect , including Lambda integrations, contact flows, and AWS infrastructure components. Experience building custom agent interfaces using modern web technologies (React, Angular, etc.). Proficiency with serverless architecture patterns , including asynchronous messaging and eventual consistency. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs , webhooks, and OAuth 2.0. Familiarity with AWS services (especially Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation). Familiarity with DevOps automation , observability tools , and cloud security best practices . Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK is an asset. Knowledge of security best practices, especially around cloud integrations and API development.
