Reporting to the Account Director, Brand Management, this role combines strategic account leadership, hands-on partnership execution, and people management. You will oversee a portfolio of priority brand partners while leading and developing a small team.**WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO*** Own a portfolio of priority brand partners, driving long-term partnership growth, renewal, and measurable business impact through trusted relationships.* Understand a multifaceted marketing mix, including digital, social media and experiential equipped with creativity and innovative ideas.* Provide thought leadership to partners during the conceptualization phase and throughout delivery; improve creativity and strategic delivery.* Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to senior stakeholders.* Develop a deep and detailed understanding of the partners'''' business and competitive environment to continually deliver against business objectives for both the partner and Live Nation Canada* Build and implement creative, coordinated marketing solutions that deliver against partner objectives and drive affinity for music in the marketplace.* Develop, lead and be accountable for individual partner budgets with monthly and year-end reporting requirements.* Develop a strong understanding of Live Nation Canadas business landscape, objectives and successfully align partner expectations.* Collaborate with internal and external partners cross-functionally to fulfill responsibilities, share information and execute activations.* Use data to drive decision making for program optimization and develop detailed post-mortems on programs and year-end reports.* Proactively identify and handle critical issues; demonstrate resilience and adapt to evolving plans and strategies; where conflicting issues on partnerships arise, find solutions along with the internal team.**WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING*** You are a creative, upbeat and organized leader with vision, driven to deliver breakthrough and compelling multi-platform marketing and digital solutions through the power of music and live events.* 3+ years of proven success in brand partnerships, integrated marketing, or account management.* Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership and performance reporting.* Confidence leading client conversations, presentations, and negotiations.* You are inclusive and insightful; you seek to understand how others view and experience the world.* You are a proven people leader with experience managing multiple people in various roles.* You are up for a challenge and are a hard-working individual and leader who brings positive and uplifting energy to work every day.* You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
