Youll gather team feedback and share out progress and results to ensure the program stays top-of-mind for executive leadership Weekly Performance Rigor: Lead weekly performance reviews with sales leads, diving into the data to identify wins, address gaps, and pivot strategies in real-time Channel Optimization & Incentive Recommendations Unlock Commercial Growth: Explore and identify opportunities at the channel level to drive loading. Youll make high-impact recommendations on compensation structures, ''''spiffs,'''' and incentives Measure the ROI: Dont just suggestprove it.
