Responsibilities Oversee boutique staffing, presentation, and adherence to grooming and uniform standards. Maintain a clean and inviting boutique environment including client areas and stockrooms. Deliver high level customer service and cultivate VIP client relationships with follow ups. Manage CRM data accuracy and leverage client information to drive engagement. Set team sales goals and monitor performance to achieve financial targets. Plan and execute merchandising and visual standards for product presentation. Coordinate schedules, coverage, and address performance management issues. Monitor inventory control and prevent discrepancies or loss.
