Overview The primary objective of the Condiment Stand Attendant is to help ensure condiments are available during games. The attendant maintains a clean and organized stand and is responsible for setting up and tearing down these stands. Additionally, the attendant will help with minor housekeeping tasks within different stands. They may also be asked to assist the concessions leads and managers with tasks. The position is predominantly independent and ideal for a proactive organized person. This position can be a physically demanding position that involves a lot of walking and carrying heavy items. Members of this team must have the ability to carry up to 22kg/50lbs, be comfortable on their feet for long periods of time and be able to walk long distances. There is a component of customer interaction to this position; courteous customer service ability is expected. Rogers Field Nat Baley Stadium is a weather-exposed field; being adaptable to all weather conditions is essential to this position. This is a seasonal role from April 1, 2025 and will end on September 7, 2026. This role pays an hourly rate of $18.85-$20.85 CAD and is tip eligible. This position will remain open until May 8, 2026. Responsibilities Maintains condiments, stock and supply levels at all condiment stands communicating to warehouse and/or the Concessions Manager of low stock items for the duration of the baseball game. Pre-sets all concessions stands with sanitization buckets, spray bottles and wipes. Does a final sanitization all stands post game. Sweeps and mops all concourse stands post game. Listens and responds to customer requests or concerns in a professional and helpful manner if they arrive. Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in all work areas. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be 18 or over Three or more months'' experience in food service industry preferred Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests The ability to carry up to 22kg/50lbs Able to stand and and walk long distances for extended periods Strengthened by our Differences.
