DescriptionThis posting is for a oneoff event happening on Saturday, March 28, 2026. The role lasts 9 hours: 3 hours of training, 1 hour preevent team call, and 5 hours instore on the event day. There is a potential opportunity for future Pet Ambassador work through RoyalCanin and a chance to win an extra $200 in a photo contest (20 winners). Join our elite Pet Ambassadors in a fun, petdriven environment.ResponsibilitiesTidy and face clients products on shelves and ensure authorized POS material is set up to help pet parents find what they need.Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents.Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge, including benefits and promotions, to increase recommendations and sales.Build brand awareness and affinity by actively engaging with pet parents and their pets instore and at events.Delight customers by sharing pet health and nutrition information and making personalized product recommendations.Set up demos/displays as required.Maintain and leverage clientprovided material, such as equipment and handouts, to engage associates and pet parents.Support recommendations driving special projects as required.QualificationsBe a pet enthusiast who cares about pets, pet health, and pet nutrition.Access to reliable transportation to get to and from multiple stores in your area.Experience and QualificationsAccess to a smart device for reporting.Experience working with pets (preferred, not required).RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc in the pet field (preferred, not required).Ability to lift up to 40lbs.Must be 18years or older.About UsPremium Retail Services is part of the Acosta Group a collective of the industrys most trusted retail, marketing, and foodservice agencies reimagining the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.
