What You Will Do Develop, monitor, and supervise a behaviour plan for each client, targeting areas of acquisition and problem behaviour reduction. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create client-centered support plans. Conduct functional behaviour assessments and functional analyses as appropriate. Lead team meetings and work collaboratively with caregivers and other professionals. Provide RBTW supervision. Measure behaviour and graph data. Model professional & compassionate care. Coach staff to provide excellent care in line with the Behaviour Support Plan. Evaluate, model, and coach staff in their interactions with clients while engaging in a variety of programming and implementing behaviour support plans. Deliver ongoing training and feedback to RBTW and support staff. What You Will Need To Be Successful Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Credentialed as a BCBA. At least two years of experience with youth and adults with Dual Diagnosis and severe problem behavior. Experience with using CAL S, AFLS, and/or EFL assessment tools is an asset. Experience with conducting functional analyses and functional behavior assessments. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Positive attitude, organized, and passion for learning. Possess a strong knowledge in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, the fundamental elements of behavior change, and ethical professional practice.
