Job Title: Operations Officer Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) Job Details The AML Operations Officer supports Trade Finance operations within TDS Global Operations, focusing on complex transaction processing related to Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC) and Guarantees. The role involves executing transactions, supporting operational controls, coordinating with partners, and ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Trade Finance Operations Process and manage complex Trade Finance transactions, primarily SBLCs and Guarantees Execute transactions accurately within established guidelines and SLAs Support operational controls and exception handling for transactions Identify and investigate processing exceptions beyond first-level operations Client & Partner Coordination Communicate with corporate clients across Canada and the U.S. Coordinate with internal partners to resolve operational issues Support implementation of operational initiatives and improvements Act as subject matter expert or support small operational projects when required Process & Service Improvement Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery Conduct analysis on process drivers and systemic operational issues Support improvements to operational processes and service quality Required Qualifications Education & Experience Minimum 3 years of Trade Finance operations experience Experience managing complex financial transactions Must-Have Skills Handson experience with SBLCs and Guarantees Familiarity with ICC publications and frameworks (UCP, ISP, URDG) Ability to work within SLAs and operational risk frameworks Why Join Us?
