Clovermead is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and reliable team member to join our Admission Booth team! This role is the first point of contact for many of our guests, so were looking for someone who loves working with people and can help create a welcoming, fun, and organized experience from the moment families arrive! What Youll Do: Greet guests and provide a warm, positive first impression Sell admission tickets and process payments (cash/debit/credit) Check in online admission tickets Answer guest questions about attractions, schedules, and policies Keep the booth area clean, organized, and stocked Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally, and notify a manager when needed What Were Looking For: Friendly, confident, and professional customer service skills Comfortable handling money and using a POS system (training provided) Strong communication and teamwork Able to stay calm and efficient during busy days Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Must be available Saturdays and holidays during peak season Expected Hours: Season: Saturday, May 16 - October 31, 2026 Parttime Shifts may be scheduled on any day from Monday through Saturday No Sunday work required, as we are closed on Sundays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
