The role supports daily distribution operations, including receiving, inventory movement, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. This is a handson, physical position reporting to the Logistics Manager and Team Leads.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Picking & PackingPick and pack wholesale and eCommerce orders with speed and accuracyPack products carefully to ensure quality and safe deliveryShip orders according to daily schedules and standard operating proceduresIdentify and elevate packing or shipping discrepanciesShipping & Warehouse SupportPrepare outbound shipments and organize completed ordersManeuver skids and pallets; safely lift and carry product boxesLabel pallets, shelves, and inventory locations as directedReceiving & InventoryReceive, unload, and store incoming inventoryAssist with transfers, returns, and damaged goods processingSupport inventory flow and basic production/assembly tasks as requiredWarehouse StandardsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouseBreak down and dispose of cardboard and packaging materialsFollow safety procedures and documented SOPs at all timesCommunicate effectively with team leads to support workflow prioritiesQualifications & RequirementStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to work efficiently while maintaining quality standardsAbility to lift to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periodsComfortable working in a warehouse environment with physical tasksAble to follow written instructions, pick lists, and safety proceduresReliable attendance and punctualityComfortable communicating in English (written and verbal)Flexible to support early mornings, weekends, or peak shipping periods as neededBasic computer or shipping system experience is an assetPrevious warehouse or fulfillment experience is an assetMust be legally eligible to work in CanadaSatisfactory completion of a background check is requiredWhy Join withinUsFlexible parttime and fulltime schedulesCollaborative, fastpaced team environmentOpportunity to gain experience in logistics and warehouse operationsOur Commitment to InclusionwithinUs is committed to building a respectful and inclusive workplace.
