Job Description

The Program Manager ensures the overall effectiveness of one or more Karis Disability Services locations. They seek to promote and model Karis Disability Services Service Principles by enhancing relationships, promoting citizenship, valuing peoples gifts, recognizing self-determination, encouraging growth and development, and recognizing the need for holistic supports in a manner that considers each persons intrinsic value. They implement organizational policy and establishes an environment for supported individuals and employees in keeping with Karis Disability Services Values, Vision, and Mission.
