You'll represent our company by providing expert advice on parts and solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting their fleet maintenance needs. This role requires a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for customer service and a deep knowledge of parts. You'll have the opportunity to grow within a dynamic team while making a significant impact on our business.Job DutiesDevelop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive parts salesVisit customer sites regularly to understand their needs and provide tailored solutionsAdvise customers on parts selection, availability, and pricingPromote and sell a wide range of parts and services to maximize sales opportunitiesProvide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure satisfactionPrepare and submit quotes, process orders, and track deliveriesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of ordersMonitor inventory levels and work with the parts department to ensure availability of high-demand productsStay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledgeAttend sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledgeRequired Skills and QualificationsValid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving recordJourneyperson Certificate in Parts preferredProven experience in outside sales, preferably in the truck or parts industryStrong knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer partsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain long-term customer relationshipsSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and manage a territory effectivelyProficient in using sales software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to lift and carry parts and supplies as neededWillingness to travel regularly within the assigned territoryVelocity Truck Centres Canada is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
