Unlike most CSR roles, you will build ongoing business relationships with our customers through repeated contact and consultation. As this is a service and parts center, our ability to get customers business often depends on your ability to quickly and efficiently provide them with the right parts and/or solutions especially when customers are experiencing costly equipment breakdowns.
