Photo: Shay Markowitz Looking to make a meaningful difference in the Toronto arts scene and beyond, and working collaboratively with the General Director, the Board of Directors, the Director of External Relations, as well as other staff and volunteers, the Senior Manager of Development is responsible for designing and implementing Koffler Arts fundraising and donor stewardship strategies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Developing and implementing fundraising strategies and tools for Koffler Arts Working handinhand with Board members on executing the annual campaign and all other fundraising campaigns throughout the year Designing and implementing corporate, foundation, and private donation strategies Managing and growing donor relationships, including solicitation of new donors and volunteers Creating and disseminating fundraising material, both printed and digital Data gathering and management for all donors Stewardship of major donors, individual and corporate Coordination with the grantwriting activities for government and foundation support and maintaining reporting requirements for grants Participating in strategic thinking related to programming Working with accounting to effectively manage cash flow, tax documentation and other key financial matters related to donor contributions Maintaining clear calendar, database, CRM and budgets regarding all aspects of development and fundraising including strategic metrics and analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
