With facilities in Red Deer, Guelph, Elora, and Winnipeg, we proudly service clients across Canada.Project Start: Feb. 23 - FinishLocation: Remote / Site visits to Guelph area as requiredWe are seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to support the implementation, audit preparation, and certification of an ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System. This contract role will focus on handson integration of the safety program into field and office operations, internal auditing, and external certification readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Site SupportConduct site and facility visits to verify ISO 45001 implementationSupport project startups and safety planning activitiesProvide compliance guidance to supervisors and managementMonitor subcontractor alignment with safety program requirementsFacilitate annual safety meetings and management reviewsSupport internal safety communications (toolbox talks, bulletins, etc.)Maintain implementation tracking and progress checklistsInternal Audit & PreCertificationLead a full internal ISO 45001 auditDevelop audit reports and corrective action plansSupport closure of gaps and nonconformitiesFacilitate management review of audit resultsExternal Certification SupportAssist with selection of an accredited certification bodyPrepare teams for Stage 1 & Stage 2 certification auditsCoordinate documentation and evidence for auditorsCoach staff for auditor interviewsSupport postaudit corrective actionsContract ScopeApprox. 400 hours totalCombination of site visits and office/virtual supportTimeline and schedule to be determined based on project needsWere looking for a Safety Advisor who can move beyond documentation and drive realworld adoption of ISO 45001 systems across operations.Please email #J-18808-Ljbffr
