TSG STAFFING SERVICES is currently recruiting for WAREHOUSE INVENTORY SPECIALISTS to work in a remote location (camp provided) for a fly in/fly out opportunity. Must be available to work approximately 2 rotations, 12-hour day/night, 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Job Description Data logging C-Cans in excel tracking, confirming placement and bulk material in the correct locations. Ensure correct parts and equipment are supplied to onsite clients. Ensure safe and efficient operations of all the warehouses and storage areas. Warehouse operations include shipping, receiving, issuing, storage, returns, physical inventory counts, and Vendor Managed Inventory programs. Perform Positive Material Identification (PMI) on materials as required. Ensure Inventory stored in the warehouse is tracked and verified against packing slips. Analyze, continuously monitor inventory status to reduce costs, and improve site and warehouse efficiency. Job Requirements 2+ years of warehouse experience as an inventory counter in an Oil & Gas or Mining Warehouse environment. High School diploma, post-secondary education preferred. Competent computer skills such as data entry using excel spreadsheets (Microsoft Office). Good understanding of warehousing concepts, warehouse locations related to bin locations and set up. Strong working knowledge on Inventory control, obsolescence, associated costs. Must have a current Forklift certificate. Ability to manage tasks and maintain an organized workspace. Must be able to work outside for periods of time, in extreme temperatures. Ability to perform repetitive tasks that may involve bending, lifting and standing for extended periods each day. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team skills. Pay rates or salaries will be based on experience and current market standards.
