The role focuses on cost control, supplier and subcontractor management, logistics coordination, and compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including RFPs, tendering, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and award.Source and prequalify suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers in line with company standards.Coordinate material planning and delivery schedules to support construction timelines and avoid site delays.Oversee logistics, warehousing, and site storage to minimize material losses, damages, and shortages.Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and planners to align procurement schedules with construction programs.Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing and framework agreements.Support the establishment of KPIs for supplier performance and support project cost reporting in collaboration with commercial and finance teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors.Coordinate the evaluation of supplier and subcontractor performance on safety, quality, delivery, and commercial terms.Identify and mitigate procurement and supply chain risks, including market volatility and supply disruptions.Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, ethical sourcing standards, and contract governance.Maintain accurate procurement documentation, approvals, and audit trails.What you stand to gainWe stand for respect, partnership, and sustainability, creating a work environment that promotes safety, health, and development.
