As the Site Supervisor, you will lead a team of janitorial staff to deliver exceptional results.Position DetailsThis position is Monday to Friday,7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with the flexibility to work additional hours.Why work for CCS?Competitive salary and comprehensive employee benefits package including health, vision, dental and life insuranceCertified Training ProgramsOpportunities for growth, development and internal promotionWe work hard to bring people on board that are self-motivated, driven, and inspired by the mission and values we carryAs a site supervisor, your duties may includeEnsure that the client receives exceptional customer service through regular communication with onsite representatives, responding to service quality issues on a timely basis and promoting a service oriented culturePrepare shift schedules and work assignments in accordance with contract requirements, ensuring the efficient delivery of servicesPromote a healthy & safe work environment by ensuring that all CCS employees follow safe operating policies and proceduresProvide support with the training of new employeesOrdering of supplies, tools & equipment and management of a preventative maintenance programConduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are metSupport with cleaning dutiesManage communication with radioOther duties as reasonably required from time to timeWhat do I need?You have 1-3 years of experience working within the facility services industry in a leadership role.You have a Valid G drivers license with a clean record.You have strong knowledge of best practices in the cleaning industry including cleaning processes, environmentally sustainable products, tools, equipment and machinery.You demonstrated people management skills.You are an excellent planner and has organizational skills.You have the ability to problem-solve and meet unforeseen demandsPhysical RequirementsLift up to 40 poundsStand and/or walk throughout the duration of the shiftAble to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and carry, climb stairsOperate equipment when requiredCommercial Cleaning Services recognizes that strength as an organization comes from inclusion and diversity.
