CPP Clinics is a leading provider of medical aesthetics services, offering innovative treatments across multiple medspas under the CPP umbrella. Reporting to the Controller, we are seeking a detailoriented and motivated General Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This role is responsible for supporting daytoday accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with monthend and yearend reporting processes. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical and thrives in a fastpaced environment. This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate is required to be in the Montreal office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries Assist with monthend and yearend close processes Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements Maintain and update financial records and documentation Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 13 years of accounting experience preferred Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP knowledge preferred) Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and problemsolving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications CPA candidate or pursuing certification Experience in multientity or multilocation organizations Benefits Competitive Compensation Package Offering a salary that recognizes your skills and experience.
