Overview Rohester Midland Corporation is searching for a Business Office Manager for their Saskatoon location. This position provides day-to-day support for the Director/Manager. This role is responsible for several administrative tasks including direct customer communications via phone and email to support the customer base. Location & Job Type Location: #8-825 45th Street E, Saskatoon, SK Job Type: Full-time Essential Job Functions Office management tasks including inventory control, filing, and supply ordering Maintain and update customer data, service route assignments, and schedules Complete and process all new invoices Special projects as requested Test boiler and cooling samples in the office lab Collaborate with RMCs accounting team to ensure invoices have been paid Manage customer relationships to continue to retain, gain, and grow the business Sales & Service Support: review and revise customer contract renewal proposals for accuracy as it relates to appearance, brand, and formatting; direct follow-up on customer-related complaints and requests, gain access to upcoming tenders/proposals Assist with inside sales as needed Provide support on a day-to-day basis to the management team Education / Special Licenses or Certification High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate or bachelors degree preferred, but not required Experience / Requirements Proficient in the use of a computer and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.)
