THE POSITION We are looking for an experienced group fitness coach who brings strong character, presence, and accountability to the floor. You will deliver team-based, high-intensity F45 sessions while creating an experience that keeps members coming back. You are responsible for the experience on the floor. RESPONSIBILITIES Coach and motivate members through F45 workouts Deliver technically sound demos with strong, safe form Provide regressions and progressions confidently Correct movement patterns and prevent injury Conduct goal-focused consultations with trial members Support retention through authentic relationship-building Promote F45 services and contribute to membership growth Assist with light administrative responsibilities as needed Set up, break down, clean, and maintain studio and equipment Maintain high energy and engagement for the duration of every session You will be expected to move, demonstrate, and coach actively throughout the entire class. OPTIONAL EXPANDED ROLE For the right candidate, there is potential to take on additional responsibilities beyond coaching. This could include supporting membership growth through follow-ups, appointment setting, and light administrative or sales support. Commission structure would apply to this portion of the role. This is not required, but may be a strong fit for someone who enjoys contributing to studio growth in addition to coaching. QUALIFICATIONS Experience in group training (F45 experience preferred but not required) Minimum 1 year experience as a personal trainer or group coach Strong understanding of functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate-based training Comfortable speaking in front of groups and giving clear cues Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, professional, and emotionally intelligent Flexible schedule and weekend availability required Active and comfortable engaging on social media Able to be on your feet and moving for the entirety of sessions We value character, care, and follow-through as much as credentials. CERTIFICATIONS Nationally accredited current fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, AFAA, Canfitpro, ISSA, etc.) Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification Group training certification preferred WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR Has real group coaching experience and confidence on the floor Takes pride in delivering technically strong sessions Understands that culture drives retention Believes fitness is about both performance and connection Values autonomy and accountability Shows up prepared and takes responsibility for their sessions Our team operates with high standards, trust, and follow-through.
