Employee & Family Assistance Program What you will be doing Leading the Housekeeping Department to create a team that maintains cleanliness of the hostel so that we provide a presentable, comfortable place to all. Hiring and training of Housekeeping staff. Staff scheduling and submitting payroll information. Ordering and maintaining linen, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment. Administering performance/compensation reviews on time documenting any performance-related incidents. Resolving conflict in the workplace as it arises and maintaining a comfortable and safe work environment. Oversee the cleaning all guestrooms efficiently and effectively to ensure they are ready for the next guest to occupy. Creating cleaning schedules to ensure that all common areas, washrooms, hallways, floors and showers are clean. What we look for Previous Housekeeping experience. Supervisor or experience leading a team. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong Organization and Communication skills. A passion for making work fun and thrive on efficiency.
