Youll be:Providing onsite, front-line support to employees, Program Management and the client, ensuring excellence in service delivery.Managing and executing strategies to drive employee and client engagement, while safeguarding customer processes and contracts.Attracting and assessing prospects and candidates, collaborating with managers to meet hiring needs and drive staffing success.Overseeing payroll-related issues, coordinating with other departments to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time.Partnering with the Kelly and BASF safety teams to support a safe and compliant work environment.Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement across the account and leveraging best practices to strengthen partnerships.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a minimum of 3+ years of staffing experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.Possess a deep understanding of HR and staffing practices, including onboarding, offboarding, and employment law (Canadian law knowledge highly preferred).Demonstrate a proven ability to engage customers through proactive communication and strategic relationship building.Are results-oriented with high attention to detail in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Are tech-savvy, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Thrive working onsite Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and appreciate occasional remote flexibility.What happens nextOnce you apply, youll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
