Position Summary To assist in the leadership of CAP 3 Associates and department processes through partnership with the CAP 3 Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service while meeting production targets. What Youll Do Assist in providing direction and coordination of the Overnight Stocking as per communicated priorities from the CAP 3 Assistant Manager and the Daytime Management Team. Assess overall presentation of merchandise and appearance of the store, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required. Ensure that defective merchandise is taken to the claims room. Take general responsibility for store safety and security in the absence of the CAP 3 Assistant Manager; manage accidents that occur during the overnight shift. Inspect premises of assigned areas within the store to ensure adequate security and compliance of physical facilities. Participate in training and development of CAP 3 Associates to achieve production results. The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $21.10.
