Skydweller Technologies Inc. delivers advanced drone-powered exterior cleaning, faade restoration, and building maintenance services across British Columbia. We replace lifts, scaffolding, and rope access with safer, faster, and more cost-effective aerial systems. Our work spans commercial towers, shopping centres, hospitals, industrial facilities, and institutional assets. We operate in real-world conditions, rain, wind, height, and pressure and we expect a high standard of execution on every site. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Commercial Cleaning Technician / Pilot based in Vancouver, BC. This position is operational and can be at times labour-intensive. You will operate drone systems for exterior cleaning and building maintenance while also performing ground-based support work including pressure washing, hose management, equipment setup, teardown, and site logistics. Travel across the Lower Mainland is routine, with occasional overnight or early departures to Vancouver Island or other regions. Please note: This is not a hobby drone role, It is a production environment with performance expectations. Key Responsibilities Operate tethered and untethered drone systems for commercial exterior cleaning Perform pressure washing and soft washing using ground-based systems Manage water lines, pumps, generators, and cleaning equipment Set up and dismantle job sites efficiently and safely Conduct pre-flight checks, safety briefings, and equipment inspections Maintain drones, pumps, hoses, and vehicles Follow WorkSafeBC and company safety protocols at all times Work extended days during peak season Represent the company professionally on commercial job sites Qualifications Commercial drone experience preferred but not required (training provided for the right candidate) Physically capable of lifting 40 lbs repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable working around heights and large buildings Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment Valid drivers license with clean abstract Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to work independently and in a team production environment Willingness to travel as required This is a labour-based role. It involves pressure washing, repetitive physical movement at times, standing for extended periods, equipment hauling, and working in active commercial environments.
