The Office manager plays a key part in managing two small to medium size offices in Victoria, only 10 minutes apart from each other. You will play a vital part in supporting day to day running of administration & accounts for both offices. You will work within a dynamic, friendly and supportive environment whilst also supervising 2-4 members of staff. What you''ll do: Support day to day running of both offices, one business unit Office maintenance, including ordering stock, ensuring cleanliness at all times Support the Finance & HR needs across the business unit Propose and support the implementation of suitable changes across the office and unit Supervise 2-4 members of staff What you bring: Experience in an office support capacity Ability to use financial software.
