**Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery, including excavators, loaders, and bobcats, on a new construction site. Your role will involve assisting landscapers and hardscape workers, operating around underground utilities, parks, and conducting BC1 calls. **Responsibilities** Operate excavators, loaders, and bobcats on construction sites. Assist landscapers and hardscape workers. Work safely around underground utilities and parks. Conduct BC1 calls as needed. Perform routine machine maintenance and inspections. **Essential Skills** 2+ years of experience in machine operation. Proficient with labor work, grading, and spotting. Possess at least two operating tickets (e.g., skid steer, loader, or excavator ticket). Valid driver''''s license and access to a car. Experience with machine maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Experience in layout of plants. Ability to speak Spanish.
