**Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual ready to transition into a foreman role. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, overseeing site management, coordinating with subcontractors, and leading a team of 2-6 people. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, documenting site activities, and performing hands-on tasks such as cleaning, demolition, framing, and back framing. This role requires someone with initiative and a strong desire to grow within the company. **Responsibilities** Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage the site effectively. Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors. Lead and manage a team of 2-6 personnel. Maintain project schedules and record manpower. Perform Procore documentation and maintain daily logs. Open and close site gates daily. Engage in hands-on tasks including cleaning, demolition, framing, and back framing. **Essential Skills** Minimum of 2 years experience as a Lead Hand or Foreman in civil, seismic upgrades, or building envelope projects. Proficiency in working with tools and performing labor-intensive tasks. Level 1 First Aid certification. Ability to pass a national background check. Possession of a vehicle. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Experience running projects valued at $500,000 or more. Experience with Procore software. Red Seal certification. Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and specifications. Skills in carpentry, particularly wood framing and tenant improvement projects.
