Senior Administrative Assistant (Contract) $35$38/hour 6 Week Contract Onsite | Downtown Vancouver Your New Company Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a respected real estate and development organization (confidential) to hire a Senior Administrative Assistant for an onsite contract role in Downtown Vancouver. This position provides highlevel administrative support to several executives in a fastpaced, highperformance environment. It is an excellent opportunity for a polished, professional administrator who enjoys supporting senior leadership, managing complex calendars, and taking ownership of office operations and small events. Key Responsibilities Provide executivelevel administrative support to 45 Vice Presidents, managing dynamic calendars, scheduling, and daytoday coordination Support frontdesk operations during coverage periods, including visitor coordination and maintaining office/kitchen areas Assist with small event planning, teambuilding activities, and logistics for investor and partner meetings Prepare, update, and maintain SOPs, documentation, and internal administrative processes Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders Support budget tracking, invoice coordination, and basic financial documentation Provide general administrative support to the broader office, acting as a jack of all trades who can jump in where needed Support a highexpectation, detaildriven environment with professionalism and discretion What You Need to Succeed 23+ years of office administration experience (minimum) Experience supporting senior leaders or VPs directly Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with executives, internal teams, and external partners Comfort navigating different personalities and team dynamics Polished, professional, reliable, and adaptable Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize in a fastpaced environment Project coordination or project management exposure is an asset Experience in real estate, construction, or development industries is an asset but not required Whats in It for You Opportunity to support a talented team of executives in a dynamic, growing organization Work closely with a highperforming Executive Assistant who offers mentorship and potential growth exposure to project coordination or EA pathways Join a collaborative, peoplefocused office culture with strong internal relationships Gain handson experience in executive support, event coordination, and corporate operations in a highexpectation environment
