Were looking for a Senior Designer specializing in video asset creation to join our team. This role is designed for a highly conceptual, craft-driven creative who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and motion. If you think in frames, obsess over pacing, and instinctively understand how brands translate across platforms, this role is for you. About the Role As a Senior Designer focused on video asset creation, you will lead the development of high-impact visual content across social, digital, broadcast, and experiential platforms. From campaign TV spots and social cutdowns to branded motion content, you will play a key role in shaping how our brands and campaigns come to life through video. Youll collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Strategists, Editors, and Production partners to bring concepts to life ensuring every asset is both strategically sharp and visually exceptional. What Youll Do Design and execute social-first video content (organic and paid) Lead the design and visual development of video-first campaigns Build motion systems and scalable toolkits across platforms Develop storyboards, style frames, and presentation-ready visuals Oversee post-production craft, including animation, typography, editing, and compositing Ensure consistency, quality, and performance across all deliverables Lead and art direct photo and video shoots What You Bring 5+ years of experience in design with a strong focus on video and motion A standout portfolio demonstrating concept-driven video work Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) Strong typography and layout skills not just motion execution Deep understanding of social formats, platform specs, and performance-driven creative Experience building modular content systems for campaigns Comfort working in fast-paced environments with tight timelines A strong point of view and the ability to articulate creative decisions Bonus Points 3D experience (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) Experience directing shoots or working closely with production teams Automotive, lifestyle, or luxury brand experience Knowledge of AI-assisted creative workflows What We Value Craft and precision Strategic thinking, not just execution Curiosity and cultural awareness Collaboration over ego Ownership and accountability This is an opportunity to play a defining role in how brands show up through motion and video building work thats not just seen, but remembered.
