Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following: Vendor Procurement & Relationship Development Proactively source, call, recruit, and onboard qualified technicians in targeted markets Negotiate rates and service expectations aligned withFreshcostandards Build long-term, high-performing vendor partnerships Identifycoverage gaps and take immediate action to strengthen network depth Maintain consistent communication with active service partners Vendor Compliance & Onboarding Coordinate andmaintainCertificates of Insurance and WSIB/Workers Compensation documentation Manage and track Master Service Agreements viaDocuSign Enter and update contractor profiles and rates in QuickBase Ensure all vendor documentationremainscurrent and compliant Systems & Coordination Maintain accuracy ofFreshcosContact Manager (QuickBase) Audit contractor profiles for completeness and remove duplicates Manage and respond to Vendor Relations support tickets Collaborate with Maintenance, Projects, IT, and Finance teams WhatWereLooking For Strong outbound calling and negotiation skills Confident, professional communicator Highly organized and systems-oriented Accountable, proactive, and solution-driven Calm under pressure with the ability to mobilize partners quickly Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute to division growth Ability to work independently in-office or remotely Apply today!
