**Job Overview** As a Mechanical Installation Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and installing multiple conveyor systems and a mezzanine within a distribution facility. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. You will use a variety of hand and power tools, operate lifts as needed, and complete installations safely and accurately. Safety is a top priority, and all work will be performed following established safety guidelines. **Key Responsibilities** Assemble and install conveyor lines and mezzanine structures Work collaboratively as part of a small installation team Safely and effectively use hand and power tools Operate scissor lifts, forklifts, or other lifts as required Perform work at heights while maintaining safety standards Ensure accuracy and precision in all installations Follow all safety protocols and site-specific guidelines **Required Skills and Experience** 3+ years of experience in conveyor installation, construction labor, millwright work, welding, or a related mechanical field Strong proficiency with hand and power tools Experience working in heavy-duty or industrial construction environments Mechanical aptitude with experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and basic controls Ability to work comfortably at heights **Work Environment** This position is based at a distribution facility and operates on first shift, Monday through Friday, with possible Saturday work as needed. The role may involve working on elevated platforms and operating scissor lifts. Safety is a priority, and all required PPE must be worn.
