Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Toronto, ONPay Rate: $60-$65/hr depending on experience.12-month contract.Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major modernization initiative involving the rollout of a new enterprise Pass & Permit System. This is a high-impact opportunity overseeing complex technology integrations across mobile apps, payment channels, gated facilities, enforcement systems, and core operational platforms.If you excel at driving multi-channel technology implementations and navigating cross-functional environments, this role offers visibility, challenge, and the chance to influence a mission-critical transformation.Oversee full lifecycle implementation: planning, design, build, integration, testing, and launchDevelop and manage project plans, milestones, risk logs, and dashboardsDeliver MVP and phased rollout strategies on time and on budgetCoordinate integrations across mobile apps, digital payments, PARCS, surface lots, enforcement systems (LPR, handheld, back-office), CRM, finance, and reportingWork with IT and architecture teams on APIs, data flows, security, and interoperabilityLead UAT, operational validation, and launch readiness activitiesManage system integrators and vendors against deliverables and SLAsTrack performance milestones and escalate risksSupport contract compliance, change management, and executive reportingPartner with Operations, Finance, IT, Customer Service, Enforcement, and CommunicationsSupport training, readiness, and transition planningSynthesize technical detail into clear updates for senior leadershipIdentify cross-functional risks and mitigation strategiesMaintain visibility into integration dependencies and critical pathEnsure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory requirementsRequired710+ years' experience in project managementProven success delivering enterprise software or systems integration projectsExperience managing multi-vendor environments and third-party integrationsStrong understanding of APIs, data integrations, and digital platformsSkilled in guiding cross-functional stakeholders in complex environmentsExperience in public sector, transportation, infrastructure, or regulated fields is an assetExcellent communication and executive reporting abilitiesPreferredPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certificationBackground in parking systems, mobility tech, payment systems, or transportation technologyFamiliarity with permit management, subscription platforms, or gated access systemsExperience delivering integrated digital + physical infrastructure projectsNote: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
