Beautifi is seeking a motivated Account Manager to drive the conversion of new prospects into active accounts and promote program adoption. French-speaking preferred but not required. In this role, you will lead discovery calls with inbound clinic leads , working to understand their motivations for partnering with Beautifi and guiding them through the next steps. You will support clinics in completing applications, ensuring proper account setup, and establishing a strong foundation for success . Following onboarding, you will nurture accounts through their early activation stages , helping them build momentum and ultimately grow into high-producing, long-term partners . This role plays a key part in accelerating growth across new, active, and inactive accounts while deepening overall partner engagement. Key Responsibilities Prospect Discovery & Account Onboarding Lead Discovery calls with clinic partners to understand their motivations, identify key decision makers, assess their current setup, and record all relevant insights for use throughout the onboarding process. Set clear next steps in the onboarding process and collect all required documentation to support account approval and activation. Present Beautifis programs and recommend the best-fit option for each clinic based on their needs, goals, and operational setup. Deliver demos and provide training on Beautifis tools, processes, and talk tracks to ensure clinics are confident and prepared to effectively promote the program. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clinic partners, serving as a key point of contact alongside the BD team. Conduct regular check-ins and training refreshers to ensure partners are positioned for success and aligned with Beautifis expectations and offerings. Address immediate partner needs and inquiries promptly, ensuring clear documentation in the CRM for cross-functional visibility. Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure partner needs are met and aligned with Beautifis goals. Support the implementation of promotional materials, custom assets, and partner enablement tools. Manage expectations and communicate progress updates clearly with internal and external stakeholders. Attend conferences, events, or tradeshows as needed to support relationship building and program exposure. CRM & Operational Administration Maintain complete and accurate account records in Salesforce, including onboarding activity, outreach logs, and required documentation (e.g., EFT, vendor portal access). Audit Salesforce accounts regularly to ensure data integrity and flag opportunities for cleanup or enhancement. Coordinate timely updates and communications when fundings occur, ensuring BDMs are set up to follow up appropriately. Support time-sensitive needs such as rushed EFTs or funding requests. Insights & Continuous Improvement Collaborate with leadership to optimize processes, partner resources, and training tools. Track the usage and effectiveness of marketing materials and surface insights to improve program adoption. Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitive offerings; share relevant insights with BDMs and cross-functional teams. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales development, account management or B2B sales (preferably in the aesthetics/elective medical procedures, loan financing, or BNPL industry). Bilingual English/French at a C1 level is an asset, though not required for the role. Proficiency in English is required. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
