Job Description

Were hiring a Growth Associate - BDR to help drive top-of-funnel sales. In this role, youll focus on outbound outreach, prospecting potential customers through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn, and initial qualification of leads to support our sales pipeline. You can also participate in early sales calls to move them down the sales pipeline. You''ll work closely with the CEO, gaining exposure to real-time startup operations and learning the ins and outs of building a business from scratch. We are looking for recent grads (within 2 years) that finished their studies and are able to work full-time. This is a full-time position, highly rewarded based on performance and business impact. It''s a handson opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a selfstarter mindset, and a passion for B2B tech or industrial automation. Part of role is government funded through YEP with this eligibility criteria: 15 to 30 years of age at the start of the job placement a postsecondary graduate (within the past 2 years) a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada or person granted refugee status in Canada legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial legislation and regulations a firsttime participant in a Youth Employment and Skills Strategy work experience program targeted at postsecondary graduates Work hours will be 30+hours/week after an initial rampup, with flexible schedule. You can be remote but inperson syncs in the office is key factor in strategizing the outreaches. Youll gain experience using the latest automation and AIdriven prospecting tools, CRM systems, and outbound sales techniques, making it ideal for someone who wants to fasttrack their careeror launch their own venture down the line.
